Delivery within India only. Standard delivery is free (₹0 per order), with no minimum order value.
Accepted orders are delivered within a maximum of 7 working days from order confirmation. Confirmation follows availability checks and payment confirmation where payment is required; an unpaid order request is not a confirmed order. Any product that cannot meet this timeframe will be discussed before we accept the order.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please provide a complete address, PIN code and reachable phone number. We will share available tracking information after dispatch.
If delivery is delayed, contact us. We will give you an update and help arrange cancellation or a refund where applicable; we will not silently extend the promised delivery period. There are no undisclosed delivery or handling fees. Any applicable taxes and the full payable total will be shown before payment.
