Request a return within 7 working days after delivery. IndiaFx pays return shipping. There is no restocking fee. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Photographs help with damaged or incorrect items when available; an unboxing video is not mandatory. We will send return instructions and arrange prepaid collection where available. If prepaid collection is unavailable, we will agree a return method and cover the reasonable return postage before you send it.
Keep the item unused, unwashed, unaltered and complete with accessories and tags. Reuse the original packaging where practical and pack safely. Do not send items cash-on-delivery or to an unconfirmed address; contact us first so we can arrange a free return.
Contact us as soon as you discover a problem. We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate refund or replacement. Change-of-mind condition requirements do not restrict your rights for a faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed item. Ordinary handmade variations must be accurately described and do not excuse a product that materially differs from its listing. The 7-working-day request window does not remove rights available under applicable consumer law.
We will acknowledge your request, inspect the returned item promptly, and initiate an approved refund within 7 working days after receiving and checking the return. Refunds go to the original payment method where possible. If that is not possible, our team will agree a secure alternative with you; do not send bank information through public messages. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit it. We will provide refund confirmation and help trace a missing refund.
An accepted eligible return receives the amount actually paid for the returned item, including applicable item taxes. Delivery is free and return shipping is borne by IndiaFx. There is no compulsory store-credit-only refund. Exchanges are subject to stock; a refund remains available where appropriate.
You may cancel without a cancellation fee before dispatch by contacting support. After dispatch, we will help you use the return process. If we cancel an accepted paid order because we cannot supply it, we will refund the amount paid. Late-delivery and other statutory remedies remain available.
